LOMBREZ
Francois LOMBREZ was admitted to the Paris Bar in July 1980 after obtaining his Masters I and II from the Universities of Paris-Saclay and Panthéon-Sorbonne respectively.
He is graduate in Russian from the Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations and has a good practice of English.
From 1980 to 1991, he developed his experience in business consulting, contract and corporate law in business law firms.
He then specialized in international trade law, more particularly in trading, transport and risk insurance activities and related disputes.
In July 1992, together with Erik SCHMILL, he founded the law firm SCHMILL & LOMBREZ with the aim of merging skills and creating a modern and friendly structure.
Over the years, he has developed jointly with his partner an activity based on his versatile training in business law and his practice of international trade disputes.
He mainly deals with sales of goods, financing and documentary credits and all types of transport and logistics, as well as related insurance issues.
He is also involved in matters real estate financing, enforcement routes and industrial risk.
